21 June 2021 - MUNICH, GERMANY - Melita, a diversified telecommunications operator in Malta, has selected the Axiros Open Device Management solution portfolio to automate broadband service activation, troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Using the BM COM cloud services, Axiros successfully went live with its Open Device Management solution based on AXTRACT and AXESS. This will enable Melita to create, distribute and maintain services that are uncompromisingly focused on end customer needs.
The Axiros AXTRACT platform is a powerful resource for businesses that wish to gain rapid insight into event-based data. It can use available metadata to solve critical IoT problems like determining which gateways in the field deliver the best or worst WAN quality, whether packet loss is a factor, and how quickly customers are interacting with advertising products.
