AX BIZ provides a monitoring solution for measuring device performance and reporting about key items in any SLA agreement with end-customers. These reports are specifically targeted at more complex devices and include metrics like bandwidth usage, interface and device uptime, CPU temperature and memory. Alarming thresholds can be configured and send to operators.

Easy learning for your (support) organization

We offer extensive documentation for self-learning with included how-to articles to start your own integration. The solution also includes real-life examples for all major vendors and out-of-the-box templates for service integration to get you kickstarted. Support for additional vendors and models can be requested or you are able to extend the framework on your own.
