Nox Telecom Selects Axiros AXESS IDM AVM – Comprising AVM Routers – To Manage Their Premium Internet Services Throughout Netherlands
July 3, 2019 - MUNICH, GERMANY - Dutch IT provider Nox Telecom today announced it has selected Axiros AXESS IDM AVM to manage their Premium Internet Services throughout Netherlands. AXESS IDM AVM covers zero touch configuration, device maintenance, monitoring and trouble-shooting for AVM FRITZ!Boxes in one cloud application, reducing operating costs and speeding up time to repair. The platform allows Nox to have an automated device staging, provides device life-cycle functionality and offers intelligent assurance and analytics related to network and device issues.
After an intensive market evaluation in 2018, Nox Telecom decided to migrate from their existing ACS platform to the Axiros Open Device Management solution. Meanwhile solution migration is finished and the Nox legacy device base is already integrated to the new AXESS IDM AVM platform. Thanks to the good cooperation of all parties involved, this project was a complete success.
