Axiros and inwi Announced a Technological Partnership on Customer Support
May 10, 2023 – CASABLANCA, MOROCCO - inwi and Axiros have recently announced a technological partnership that will support the development of inwi’s customer support and operational efficiency. The latter has been kicked off by the expansion of the running Axiros AXESS ACS (CPE device management) platform, plus adding AXTRACT for modern monitoring capabilities; and IP address management through the latest version of Axiros AX DHCP.
Thanks to this partnership, inwi is able to provide higher levels of quality and performance for its customer experience. Both companies have recently signed a contract that will not only allow inwi to expand their residential and business equipment control and operation but also add modern monitoring capabilities to the system. Based on this partnership, inwi will be able to benefit from the newest technologies that Axiros is continuously releasing, upgrading their existing platforms with e.g. the best in class WIFI performance system and incorporating the latest technologies like USP (TR-369) to enable a wide world of new use and business cases for inwi.
The Axiros AXESS ACS (Auto Configuration Server) is an industry flagship software application used around the world by premier telecommunications and broadband service providers. It allows modern management of customer premise equipment (CPE) with Broadband Forum-compliant CWMP (TR-069), User Service Platform (USP) (TR-369), and other open management protocols.
Axiros AX DHCP server is a clusterable carrier-grade DHCP / IPAM (IP Address Management) solution that can be seamlessly integrated within given provisioning platforms. AX DHCP copes with FTTH, ONT provisioning, VOIP, and IPTV services.
