The focus of this presentation is the calculation of health indexes for network elements in GPON networks. These indexes enable the detection of signal distortions, thereby maintaining stable and reliable QoS/QoE. The presented health indexes are part of Axiros' monitoring and management solutions, which are based on well-defined standards and protocols. Additionally, the presentation will include AI predictive maintenance use-cases, showcasing how artificial intelligence can anticipate potential network issues, reduce downtime, and ensure optimal performance in GPON deployments.
