LTE devices can be restarted daily outside of working hours as a precautionary measure in case of radio interference. 

Security: AX69 also ensures secure router operation. You can restrict and secure the WiFi usage according to your company's security policies and switch off the Universal Plug and Play (UPnP).
Moreover, it is extremely important to keep the devices' firmware up to date. With AX69 you have the possibility to set up your own campaigns which update the firmware of your device fleet automatically according to the specified schedule (e.g. overnight).

Troubleshooting: In case of technical problems with or behind the router, the integrated Support Portal helps with detailed information about the router and workflows for configuring DHCP or WiFi. The Support Portal provides information on the status of Internet, LAN, VOIP, DHCP and WLAN across all manufacturers:

  • Access to device logs, even if the device is currently unreachable

  • Speed tests for upload and download

  • Remote maintenance with full access to the device

  • MESH View with display of WLAN quality


AX69 is already available as a CLOUD service or as an ON-PREMISES solution for most router and modem types and can be easily integrated with other systems via APIs.
