Abstract

Axiros' Axess technology efficiently supports the need to respond to changed market challenges.

The broadband forum's acceptance of TR-069 "as an unified CPE management protocol suite" gave way to significantly simplify how multiple heterogeneous devices are managed - a change affecting business processes from customer acquisition to complaint management or customer support.

Executive Summary

The Axiros Axess ACS is the flagship product for management of devices with broadband forum compliant CWMP (TR-069) stacks.

It enables highly flexible and scalable interaction with CPEs for the purposes of (re-)configuration, mass firmware downloads, fault clearance and general real time subscriber support.
