In close cooperation with technology partners mquadr.at and LightComm Axiros has now released AXESS.ACS.PC069.

AXESS.ACS.PC069 is an extension to the AXESS solution platform that enables ISPs to manage not only CPEs and operator´s network elements - but also residential customers PCs.

This comprehensive solution extension enables ISPs to manage the entire digital home of residential customers - from initial service provisioning and customer self-service management up to Quality of Experience (QoE) monitoring.    

AXESS.ACS.PC069 addresses use cases like

• orchestrated inter-device workflows between CPE and PCs to e.g. encrypt Wifi on CPE and PCs with the same key

• centrally managed software rollouts to e.g. manage mass rollouts of browsers, email clients and softphones on PCs

• non intrusive subscriber support to e.g. grant support agents access to dedicated settings on the PC, w/o the need of a complete desktop take over

• QoE Monitoring on customer premise equipment - now *including* the PC - to measure KPIs directly on the PC and correlate this data with information from the gateway

• management of PC periphery devices that only the PC can see like e.g. USB surf sticks
