    • Python Programming
    • Transfer Protocols (HTTP, SOAP, XML-RPC)
    • Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, Ajax/JavaScript)
    • Network Technology (Components, Protocols, Standards)
    • Relational Database Systems (MySQL, Orcale, PostgreSQL, ...)
    • Unix-based OS experience (UNIX, Linux, Solaris, BSD, ...)
    • Concept and principles of OSI seven layer model
  • a solid understanding of telecommunication business
  • a comprehensive understandanding of customer relations
