Axess´ built in content mediation services and OMA DM mobile device management can automatically adjust displayed content to the content delivering device, turning any device with a display into a convenient remote control for this service cloud, at home, work or on the move.
Devices within this service cloud are reduced to price effective sensors and actors within the Home Network, w/o the need for local user frontends. Axess´ open architecture seamlessly adopts also non IP based sensoring, like ZigBEE or others. Axess´ Generic Device Management features and performance eradicate even the need for full blown management stacks and still makes all of this manageable centrally on a large scale.
Axess dynamic stateful Policy Management capabilities furthermore allow our customers to offer even more advanced services to their subscribers, up to now only possible on expensive business equipment: Any traffic stream from the homenetwork can be assigned to user or device profiles on Axess and handled differently on any policy enforcement device, most notably the remote gateway. Rerouting traffic of the children via central webfilters, allowing access only at certain hours of the day for certain users, user based accounting or end user based traffic shaping are just a few examples.
