Axiros Interoperability Guarantee - We Keep Word Since 2002

TR-069 is, like SIP, only loosely specified and therefore leaves degrees of freedom for ACS server vendors to reject CPEs for various reasons.

Many ACS vendors claim to be open and interoperable - we do guarantee this in our contracts.

Southbound Guarantee: 

"Should a TR-069 Remote Procedure Call or parameter not work out of the box with Axess ACS but it works against any other ACS then Axiros provides support for the functionality within 10 working days, via a software patch or update - free of charge!"

 

Northbound Guarantee: 

"Provided that one or more of the following protocols - SOAP, XML RPC, REST, RADIUS, SQL, LDAP, JMS or FTP - are available for integration of the ACS into B/OSS, Axiros guarantees to fully synchronize all managed device status (southbound) with the integrated B/OSS system status and vice versa in a synchronous or asynchronous way. 

This is guaranteed to be realized at a fixed price on the basis of the initial provisioning design - inevitable costs exceeding this quotation will not be charged!"
